The facilities were impressive with a large and beautiful spa area that included a gym, massage room, pool, huge jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish bath. The rooms were also spacious and comfortable, and the courtyard was a serene oasis that was perfect for relaxing. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the price of the hotel was not commensurate with the standard of the facilities and breakfast.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredible, always willing to help and spoke both English and Russian fluently. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the beautiful courtyard to the luxurious spa where I enjoyed the gym, massage room, pool, huge jacuzzi. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was great too.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating, always eager to help. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like a beautiful courtyard and spa. Breakfast is a little lackluster, but the dinner at the restaurant is delicious. The location is convenient, with plenty of nearby attractions and transportation options. The bathrooms could be improved, but the rest of the room is great.

Had an amazing Easter getaway and everything was fantastic! the rooms were very spacious, comfortable and had amazing courtyard views. the spa was just amazing with everything needed for a complete relaxation experience with gym, massage room, pool, and sauna. Also loved the Turkish bath, which was a great feature despite being unavailable. the hotel location is perfect, offering breathtaking city sightseeing within walking distance. Enjoyed an exceptional meal at the hotel’s restaurant, the menu was delicious and had fantastic service from the helpful waiters!
The breakfast items weren't topping up when they ran out and it wasn't warm enough. While the hotel service was good, the hotel was definitely overpriced for the standard and lacked attention to detail in some aspects, such as the beds were a bit hard for us.
